Our Mission
DPSCommunity.org’s mission is to pull our community together for the sake of building trust and facilitating transparency within DPS schools. Therefore, we have been advocating since December 2021 for this to occur – primarily through the creation of a dashboard of DPS data. Our goal is for this to transpire within a group of people who set aside their policy squabbles in order to come together to meet this important goal.
Who We Are
DPS Community.org is a loosely-organized, grassroots group of educators, parents, organizational leaders and community members from all across the educational political spectrum. We are people who believe that we need to spend more time working on things we all agree on and less time attacking each other. And, where we do disagree, we promise to show respect and humility in our interactions with each other.
